 Pages 19 and 20.

Historical:

Having dropped below their safe altitude, almost half of the zeppelin armada were shot down. Yet one, L55, maintained its altitude and continued deeper into Germany with the intention of landing at a safer airbase.

Though this part of the story remains un-rendered, The sun rose and its heat caused the hydrogen gas to expand. The airship climbed to a record breaking altitude of 24,000 feet. Most of of the crew lost consciousness and control of the zeppelin. Eventually they barely managed to regain partial control and L55 crashed somewhere in central Germany.
